This form is used to submit photos that the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation may use for its internal reporting and communication, and/or to use in its public communication, including but not limited to its website and other digital publications, including social media platforms.

I attest that any images I have granted RMSFF permission to use publicly were taken in a non-private setting and that those photos are either 1) not covered by any copyright interest; OR 2) I hereby expressly waive any copyright privileges on the photo(s) to allow RMSFF to publish the photo(s) and attest that no other individual or parties hold copyright interest in the photo(s) and that this copyright waiver shall not violate any third-party rights or laws.(Required)
