The Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation supports grantee organizations that hold themselves to the highest moral and ethical standards and whose values are consistent with the values of RMSFF. As a condition to making grants, RMSFF has requested disclosure from organizations of actual, pending or potential claims that would reflect adversely on the moral/ethical standards and overall integrity of the organization and its funders.
RMSFF considers this disclosure requirement an ongoing request for disclosure of such information. To the extent that an organization fails to honor this disclosure request, or if RMSFF receives information suggesting ethically problematic conduct or an overall compromise of the integrity of the organization, RMSFF shall be entitled to receive a return of the granted funds and shall have the right to withhold future grants and payments.
